Bancassurance Strategy and Support
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals in BIS sales support, marketing campaign management, and administration.
Set clear performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Procurement
To manage and oversee the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and budget requirements. Ensures the best value and quality while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Cluster Manager
To perform customer service well and professionally for insurance purchase inquiries.
To monitor and lead to improve sale team.
To provide good and satisfactory warranty sales and service to bank customers for inquiries or after-sales services.

Solution Desk Support
The role involves providing technology solution desk services to various business units in Head Office & 2nd level support for branch users.

Agency Relationship Executive
Main responsibility is to grow customer base (business partner/agency/agent recruitment) as internal and external relation purpose especially as One-Stop-Service to contribute boosting sales through the channel. Provide one-stop-service at partners’ location and/or run the process in coordination with back-end agency service team or vice versa as per business requirement.

Head of Strategic Patnerships
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships. This position involves strategic planning, product innovation, and partnership management to achieve sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key partners. They will also collaborate across departments to align strategic goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Head of Bancassurance
The Head of Bancassurance will oversee and manage the strategic and operational aspects of KBZMS General Insurance's bancassurance channel. This leadership role involves building strong relationships with bank partners, addressing operational challenges, driving sales performance, and exploring new sales channels to maximize growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Assistant Manager(Travel)
Revenue control activities for not only travel products but also other products such as motors, fire etc. To make daily cash reports, finance monthly sale report and yearly reports on time.
