Risk Manager

The Risk Manager at KBZMS is responsible for managing and mitigating risks to ensure the organization's stability and compliance. This role involves developing risk management frameworks, processes, and tools, as well as ensuring effective risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting. The Risk Manager will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to build internal capabilities and stay updated on industry best practices.

Data Miner – Senior Associate

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. Develop end-to-end business analytics and reporting solutions using Microsoft services and Power Platform.

Branch In-Charge

မိတ်ဖက်ဘဏ်၊ ဘဏ်ခွဲများ၏ မန်နေဂျာများနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေးကို တည်ဆောက်ရန်၊ ဒေသတွင်း စီးပွားရေး ကွန်ရက်များကို တိုးချဲ့ရန်။ ရုံးချုပ်မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Strategy များကို လိုက်နာပြီး ရုံးခွဲအတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target များကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Claims Handler

After receiving the registration claim cases from Manager or receiving email from branches, establish the case. Request the necessary documents such as police recommendation, estimates and invoices from customers and concerned branches.

Corporate Sales Executive

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets, driving consistent sales growth

Corporate Direct Senior Associate

Introduce our plan, business model and all products to the client. To sell insurance policies, through calls and mee􀆟ng with existing and potential clients to grow the Company’s customer base.

Finance Business Partner

Main duties include addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash, cheque and Bank Transfer to issue and ensure at all times and resolving price checks for customers.

Business Insurance Specialist (BIS)

To perform customer service well and professionally for insurance purchase inquiries. To monitor and lead to improve sale team. To provide good and satisfactory warranty sales and service to bank customers for inquiries or after-sales services.

Call Center Associate

Provide product and service information to customers. Manage inbound/outbound calls and social media handling in a timely manner.

Deputy Head of Corporate Direct

Assist the Head of Corporate Direct Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the corporate segment. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients to generate sales leads and drive revenue growth.
