Talent Business Operation Team Lead

To drive the growth and effectiveness of the tied agency channel by leading partner acquisition, strengthening partner capability, and ensuring smooth operational support across all branches. This role ensures that partners are well-trained, highly engaged, and fully supported through efficient processes, enabling the company to achieve sustainable sales performance and deliver an excellent client experience.

Liaison Officer

To drive sales productivity, strengthen partner engagement, and ensure operational excellence across the assigned area. This position provides day-to-day support, training, coaching, and performance management for KBZMS Partners to achieve both new business and renewal targets. The role also contributes to recruitment, development, and continuous improvement of partners while supporting campaign execution and reporting to help meet overall company production goals.

Assistant Call Center Supervisor

To assist the Call Center Supervisor in managing daily operations, monitoring agents’ performance, and ensuring quality customer service. The Assistant Supervisor supports the team to achieve call center KPIs and provides coaching, feedback, and operational support to staff members.

Corporate Direct Sales Supervsior

To support the Direct Sales team by supervising day-to-day sales activities, generating new business, guiding sales representatives, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. They play an active role in prospecting, client follow-up, and strengthening customer relationships to drive overall sales performance.

To provides strategic financial insights to support effective business decisions. The role collaborates with business units to drive performance, manage risks, and improve profitability.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, supporting project teams during system design and development, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs. The BA acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Senior Business Analyst

Senior BA leads requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design for IT and business projects. Ensures business needs are clearly documented, communicated, and translated into actionable specifications for the project and vendor teams. Mentors junior BAs and supports UAT and project implementation.

Sales Support

Main responsibility is to grow customer base (business partner/agency/agent recruitment) as internal and external relation purpose especially as One-Stop-Service to contribute boosting sales through the channel. Provide one-stop-service at partners’ location and/or run the process in coordination with back-end agency service team or vice versa as per business requirement.

Area Business Manager

Provides leadership to the assigned Bank, overseeing insurance sales and service activities. Collaborates with Bank managers to develop sales goals for each bank , monitors progress toward those goals, and develops strategies to achieve the target.
